Princess MoMo

Princess MoMo, for the most part, doesn’t like the outdoors
Because there are many things existing out there that she abhors
Such things include bugs, birds, dirt and poisonous plants
Many of those elements have been the subject of MoMo’s rants
Today she thought nature was offering her peace
And that all of its unpleasantness would temporarily cease
MoMo went into the yard to pick some berries from a tree
These berries were ripe and looked absolutely yummy
MoMo and her mama picked a whole bunch of these treats
MoMo couldn’t wait to wash them and consume the fresh eats
Inside she went with her container of natural hand-picked fruit
How excited she was to fill up her stomach with this loot
She was pleasantly surprised that no bugs were involved
Perhaps the beef between Mother nature and MoMo had been resolved
But this thought entered too soon into MoMo’s optimistic head
She soaked the berries in water hoping to leave any insects for dead
She washed the berries once more just to be sure all was clean
Only to find a bug crawling out…Nature you’re mean!!
Of course MoMo’s mama then had to intervene
She is an expert and creature killing machine!
