Background: Apparently, Mr. Lambo is very prolific.  Without my prompting, he’s submitted another post related to our first date.  Pretty soon, I’ll have to change the URL to this blog from princessmomo.com to princelambo.com.  Without further ado…

Sitting in the car, I was appreciative of the fact that Princess stuck it out the entire evening. I decided to roll the dice and ask for a second date. Wanting to keep it simple, I suggested meeting at a local coffee shop. Again with little hesitation she agreed even though she made it a point to let me know that she doesn’t like to commit to things that far in the future. We drove several minutes back to her house and the whole time I was thinking about how the night has went from one extreme to the next. We first agreed on Wednesday; however it changed to Thursday due to the fact that I was asked by a friend to drop him off at the airport early Thursday morning to catch a red-eye flight.

We arrived at her house and said a few last words. She leaned over the seat with arms wide open and gave me a quick, firm hug. I previously decided that it wasn’t in my best interest to attempt a kiss for the mere fact that the hand on her side was the crossing line previously established. I thanked her for the wonderful evening and confirmed our next date which was in a few nights.

My drive home was just over an hour. I was unfamiliar with the roads and honestly I still had MoMo on my mind. I couldn’t imagine what she was thinking of me. I know there was a connection, but on what level. Overall, Princess is just shy of amazing. Her vocabulary is sophisticated yet understandable (for the most part), her touch is soft, appearance is remarkable and taste (not in that way)….well unique. Her combination of pink and zebra print is baffling, yet she pulls it off. Combine that with her education, independent attitude, and business ideas and it astounds me. In the end I believe we both enjoyed the evening and weather permitting will see each other again before the holidays.
