After leaving Olive Garden we headed further into my hood (aka PA).  Our next stop, a popular local bar in Bethlehem. The entire ride to Bethlehem I was still thinking about our kiss. Not that it was a big deal, but it was a surprise. Princess showed affection toward me and it caught me off guard. Several minutes later we arrived at my friend’s bar.

As we walked up he greeted us outside. We entered the establishment and ordered our beverages; hers obviously being Goose, OJ and cranberry. It was then that we noticed how full it was. Also, everyone had paper cut outs of their faces. Before I could ask what it was all about, the crowd began to sing “Happy Birthday.” As we walked to the only seat available Princess noticed a creature that didn’t fit in. She called this unique being, Ginger.  Immediately she got on her device to communicate with a friend about her finding. She confronted the Ginger after verifying his condition was not contagious. Unfortunately he could not understand her language, however, Princess was able to simplify her questions to his knowledge level. After a few minutes of communicating with the species, we left and headed to my favorite sports bar.

MMA (mixed martial arts) is the fastest growing sport in the world. It is not unforeseeable then that I enjoy watching the entertainment it provides. It just happens that all my friends like it also. I expected to encounter several friends, however, after looking around, I knew nearly all 100+ people in the bar. We walked to the back, greeted friends, grabbed 2 seats and watched the fights.  As all of you already know from Princess’s live dating posts, she is not a fan of this sport. Near the end of the event, she got up and walked away. When the last fight was over, I grabbed her jacket, said my byes and went to find her.  We left the bar shortly after and eventually she made it home safely.

Several hours after dropping her off, we reunited and spent NYE together. Overall it was a great weekend.
